Prime Liquors started as one building with TWO store fronts as can be seen in the photos below. The project was engineered and the building supported to take the load bearing supporting wall ( over 90ft) to make one large liquor store for our customer. The entire building was shored up and the wall removed, engineered steel I-beams were replaces with a few uprights.
